The Niseko Autumn Food Festival is back! Organized by Niseko Tourism, the event is a culmination of everything there is to love about Niseko in autumn – crisp and clear weather, a plethora of local produce, live music, and of course, people!

A celebration of the harvest season

The Niseko Autumn Food Festival was started as a celebration of the harvest season in the Niseko area. Local farmers’ last big crops are maturing and being harvested before the strong winter settles in on Japan’s northernmost island. Niseko’s most famous restaurants and bars will showcase their special dishes and drinks for the festival using the freshest autumn harvest produce. Different live performances every day make your stay this September more lively, no pun intended.

What else is unique about the festival? You won’t find any single-use plastics around any of the food and drink vendors. A commitment to being eco-friendly is core to the event, so you can feel good about the delicious local food and drink you are indulging in. Safety is the top priority, so Covid-19 safety guidelines will be implemented in all parts of the festival.
